Tecknotrad holds third grade level certification for Trados 2022.
This certification covers all translation, project management and advanced elaboration activities.
Tecknotrad also develops additional Trados functions internally, ensuring the most accurate translation checks.

Tecknotrad is one of the first companies in Italy to receive LSP Partner certification (language services provider), to adopt SDL server solution and receive certification.
Tecknotrad also maintains a continuous relationship with SDL for new platform implementation.
Tecknotrad trains all its translators and project managers.

One of Tecknotrad’s main goals has always been to satisfy its customers’ needs with our reliability and competence in the field, providing the highest quality service.
In 2013, Tecknotrad received Management System Certification regarding Quality, according to EU standard UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 for Management Systems regarding Quality, and received UNI EN 15038:2006 for Translation Services.
In 2017, Tecknotrad received UNI EN ISO 17100:2015 certification. This internationally acknowledged standard allows translation service quality to be compared even with countries outside the European Union.
